Bondi Beach

HTC Builders successfully restored an inter-war residential flat building in Bondi Beach, renovating six modern units and adding a luxurious penthouse extension with a sustainable garden terrace.

A collaborative team of engineers, architects and builders ensured that the new penthouse addition seamlessly integrated with the existing structure while enhancing functionality and modern appeal. The penthouse features high ceilings, skylights, expansive windows, and an open design that maximises natural light. Sustainability was a key focus, with eco-friendly elements such as solar panels and a rainwater collection system.

The project was met with high praise from the local community, and the client was thrilled with the exceptional results.
